Dear Friends,Recently, I felt the call to start a newsletter and share regular blog posts on various topics. It feels like a new routine I can integrate into my work, allowing me to bring a little more of my inner world outward.
In this spirit, I’d like to delve a bit deeper into the topic of trust. What exactly does trust mean? What role does it play for me as an individual in relation to my environment, myself, and a “higher guidance”?In Sanskrit, trust can be associated with “Śraddhā” – a trust that arises not from external reasons, but from inner knowing within the heart. For me, trust means connecting with the wisdom of my heart when my mind, intellect, or a perceived ego structure gives me impulses that invite me to act. Of course, these impulses can also come from the people around me, from nature, or simply reflect reaction patterns I have adopted over the course of my life.On my path, I repeatedly experience how my trust is often put to the test.
Not only in terms of a clear “yes,” but also in the clarity of a “no,” and in the strength found in the full surrender and acceptance of uncertainty – a conscious “maybe” with oneself. The trust that some decisions simply need time, and that this “maybe” can be accepted for the moment until it transforms into something tangible.Personal experiences, which I have found confirmed through various texts such as the Bhagavad Gita from Hinduism, as well as the Tibetan Book of the Dead from Buddhism, have brought me immense calm on my path. The trust in the notion, and the acceptance that we have already traversed countless lifetimes, made me realize that holding onto a single moment, a single decision, is not only wasted energy but even somewhat presumptuous.Of course, our actions have consequences, but they are neither inherently good nor bad; they are always catalysts for another, new version of ourselves.By clinging to a specific experience and attempting to reenact it repeatedly, I deny myself the unknown and the expansion of my knowledge, experience, and thus the cultivation of my life wisdom. I create my own personal hell by choosing stagnation over the natural movement of life.
The experiences of a moment may appear similar, yet the objective circumstances can never be the same.
There are too many factors beyond my control. From a Vedic perspective, we are seen as eternally individual souls. As such, I also carry an equally eternal and unique purpose—one that I can perceive by connecting with my heart. There may be moments when I feel a very clear “yes” toward something I wish to experience as a soul, only to later realize that it is not the right path after all. And that is okay..śreyān sva-dharmo viguṇaḥ, para-dharmāt sv-anuṣṭhitāt
sva-dharme nidhanaṁ śreyaḥ, para-dharmo bhayāvahaḥIt is better to perform one’s own duty imperfectly than to perform another’s duty perfectly. Even death in the fulfillment of one’s own duty is preferable, for following the path of another is dangerous.
(Bhagavad Gita, 3.35)For me, this means engaging all of my available senses in order to perceive body, mind, and soul in harmony. Pausing. Turning inward. Taking a moment of stillness, communicating that pause, and checking in with myself.Kinesiology has helped me greatly in giving space to my body intelligence and allowing my mind to quiet for a moment. From there, I open myself inwardly and ask: “If I already knew what is best for me, how would I choose?”
And then I allow myself to follow that impulse—exploring whether it is true. Remaining honest with myself, my heart, and my life, while asking for inner guidance on the path of my highest purpose.I am not saying that following these impulses is always easy.
But it allows me to sense more clearly when unhealed structures within me are attempting to take over the decision-making.It also helps me loosen my identification with thoughts like “I am…,” “I should…,” and similar constructs. What arises instead is a feeling of deep trust—on a physical, mental, and spiritual level—when something is right for me in that moment and for the experience my soul seeks to make. And then it becomes much easier to take responsibility for the consequences that follow, because I know I have remained true to myself—and that I can trust.
In moments of uncertainty, allow yourself to pause for a moment—perhaps even to step away from the situation briefly—in order to fully return to yourself. Intentionally connect with your true self so you can make decisions that are genuinely best for you.Ask your body to show you a “yes.” Observe what happens. Perhaps you feel drawn forward, perhaps there is a tingling sensation. Then ask your body to show you a “no.” Perhaps you feel nothing, a sense of coldness, or a pull backward.
You can also gently “program” your body and work with the so-called “O - Test.” To do this, form an “O” shape with the thumb and index finger of each hand, then interlock them so your fingers create a chain-like link.Holding your hands relaxed at chest height, make a statement that you can clearly answer with “yes,” such as “My name is…”. If the statement is true for you, you will notice resistance when trying to pull the rings apart.
If it is a “no,” the rings will separate much more easily, turning the chain back into two “O” shapes.Personally, I always begin by asking for connection with my highest, divine self. And if I am honest, the answers I receive are not always the most comfortable ones, nor the ones I would have preferred beforehand. Yet in hindsight, they usually prove to be the better choice.Of course, everyone must discover this for themselves—and I invite you to experiment with it a little.

euer MalteIf you feel called to explore your deeper themes, challenges, and inner obstacles, please reach out and schedule a non-binding Zoom call with me. I have been working in the field of spiritual, mental, and energetic healing for a little over ten years and would be happy to support you personally on your healing journey in a 1:1 setting, sharing my experience and skills with you.The last Santosha New Moon Kirtan of this year will — fortunately — coincide with the final New Moon of the year, on Saturday, December 20th, 2025, from 5:00–8:00 pm, near Südstern. In alignment with the original intention of the Santosha New Moon Ritual, we will set our intentions in harmony with the New Moon.
This time, there will be extra space to consciously work with the power of the lunar tides — not only to set intentions for the upcoming festive season, but also to harvest the fruits of 2025 and plant new seeds for 2026 . This will be followed by communal chanting of sacred mantras — Kirtan — and a shared meal of delicious Prasad to close the evening. If you can't make it this time, we will gather again on Saturday, 03.01.2026 for a happy new years reunion.
The next constellation session will take place in the new year on Sunday, January 11th, 2026, from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm, also near Südstern. We have space for a maximum of three personal constellations, one of which is already reserved. The constellations will be held in an intimate setting of no more than ten participants. Whether you are interested in joining as a representative or as a client — whether you are experienced with constellation work or completely new to it — you are warmly invited to reach out for an initial check-in and further information. Please register as early as possible for both offerings in order to secure your spot and to allow the shared energetic field to be strengthened in advance with clarity, intention, and loving attention.I truly appreciate feedback, reflections, suggestions, and questions — and even more so, I am looking forward to the coming month, the next year and many beautiful shared moments.I am, wishing you a peaceful Christmas season and a wonderful start into the New Year,
all the best and lots of love,
Malte
